AutoApply.jobs Review 2026: Pricing, Limits, Verdict

AutoApply.jobs is a paid job application service that had “human experts (AI-assisted)” pick jobs and send your CV to them, for $30 or $90 a month. This AutoApply review set out to answer whether that money was well spent. The bigger finding arrived first: as of 22 September 2026 the AutoApply.jobs website is unreachable, so the practical advice is short. Do not pay for autoapply anything until the site is back and you can see a working dashboard and a current pricing page.

The verdict in 60 seconds

• Who it was for: job seekers who wanted a person, not a script, choosing which listings their CV went to, and who were happy with 50 to 250 applications a month.
• Price: Freemium $0, Basic $30 a month for 50 jobs, Professional $90 a month for 250 jobs, per the pricing page archived on 12 May 2026. Credits expired at the end of each month.
• Biggest limitation while it ran: you did not control where your CV went, and the one dated hands-on review we found reported random matches and poor support.
• The finding that changes the piece: the domain does not resolve. A service you cannot log in to cannot apply to anything for you.

How we checked. On 22 September 2026 we tried to reach autoapply.jobs from this machine’s DNS, from Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 resolver, from Google’s 8.8.8.8 resolver, and through DataForSEO’s crawler. All four returned “domain not found” or the equivalent. The Wayback Machine’s last successful capture of the pricing page is dated 12 May 2026. We did not sign up for or use AutoApply.jobs, so nothing below describes applications we watched it send. This AutoApply review is built from the archived pricing page, the resumejudge.com review published on 7 March 2026 after a 14-day test, and the questions Google shows for “autoapply”. We found no Trustpilot profile for it. We make FastApply, a competing tool, so read the comparison with that in mind.

AutoApply.jobs is not AIApply

Google mixes two products under the word autoapply. Its People Also Ask box for this query includes “Does AIApply really work?”, “Is autoapply AI worth the investment?”, “Is autoapply AI ethical?” and “How much does autoapply AI cost?”. Two of those questions are about a different company.

AIApply (aiapply.co) is a UK-registered job search suite with a resume builder, interview tools and an Auto Apply add-on sold from $49 a month. It is online, had 1,773 Trustpilot reviews on 11 September 2026, and we covered it in our AIApply review. AutoApply.jobs is a smaller service built around human experts submitting applications for you, and it is the subject of this page.

Several other products also use the name: autoapply.in, Wonsulting’s AutoApply, and at least one Chrome extension simply called AutoApply. None of them is the same company as autoapply.jobs, and nothing in this review applies to them.

What AutoApply.jobs does

Everything in this section comes from the archived pages, because the live site was not available to us.

The pitch on the pricing page was “Smart AI, Human Expertise, Custom CVs, and Perfectly Tailored Cover Letters”, with “Human Experts, not AI automated” repeated on both paid plans. The model worked like this:

1. You set job queries. A query is a target job title plus a city. Freemium allowed one, Basic two, Professional five.
2. AI job matching surfaces listings for each query.
3. Human experts, assisted by AI, apply to a set number of jobs on your behalf: 3 once at signup on Freemium, 50 a month on Basic, 250 a month on Professional.
4. A resume builder and cover letter tooling produced the documents sent with each application.
5. A browser extension handled Easy Apply listings. On the free plan, the archived FAQ says, “you can access only EasyApply jobs via extension”.

Each job applied to consumed a credit. Credits reset with the billing month, and the resumejudge reviewer listed expiring credits as a drawback. Extra credits were sold by custom invoice through support.

AutoApply.jobs pricing in 2026

These are the last known prices, taken from the pricing page as archived on 12 May 2026. They match the figures resumejudge published on 7 March 2026, so pricing was stable for at least two months before the site stopped resolving.

Quarterly billing. The page had a “Quarterly (save 20%)” toggle, but the capture only shows the monthly figures.

Is autoapply free? Partly. The Freemium tier cost nothing, needed no card, and “starts automatically when you sign up”. What you got was one job query, three applications submitted once, the resume builder, and extension access limited to Easy Apply jobs. It was a demo of the model rather than a usable free plan.

Money-back guarantee. Both paid plans carried a 7-day money-back guarantee, with a condition most people would miss: “The only condition is below 20% consumption of your quota.” On Basic that means 10 or fewer applications sent; on Professional, 50 or fewer.

Cancelling. The FAQ says you cancel from the subscription tab of your dashboard and delete your account from the bottom of your profile page. Downgrades took effect at the end of the billing period.

What reviewers found

The only dated hands-on account we could confirm is the resumejudge.com review from 7 March 2026, written after 14 days on the service. The reviewer listed three pros and five cons. The cons are what matter for a buying decision, and four of them line up with what the archived pages already imply:

• Poor support, from a service that sold “direct support from our team” on both paid plans.
• Credits expiring. Unused applications did not roll over.
• Random matches. Listings that did not fit the job query, which undercuts the point of paying for human review.
• No control over where your resume goes. Applications went out without a step where you approve each one.

On volume, the ceiling was set by the plan, not the technology: 250 applications a month on Professional is about 8 a day, and Basic’s 50 is under 2 a day.

Trustpilot returned no profile for autoapply.jobs, and we could not find a dated review from a second publisher that had used the service. One review from a site that sells its own resume product is thin evidence, so treat these findings as a signal, not a verdict.

Is autoapply AI ethical?

This is one of Google’s own questions for the term, and it applies to every tool in the category, not only AutoApply.jobs. Three practical points cover most of it.

Disclosure to employers. No law we know of requires you to tell an employer that software or a service filled in the form. What you are responsible for is the content. If the application ends with a statement that the information is true and complete, you are signing that, whoever pressed submit.

Mass applications. Volume by itself is not the problem. Irrelevant applications are, because they waste a hiring manager’s time and hurt your reputation with that company. That is why “random matches” is a serious con.

Honesty in answers. Never let a tool or a third party answer a screening question you would not answer the same way yourself: work authorisation, years of experience, willingness to relocate, salary expectations. A service that applies on your behalf without a review step puts that risk in someone else’s hands.

The practical rule: use automation for the mechanical parts (finding the job, filling the fields, attaching the right resume), keep a review step for anything that is a claim about you, and only apply to jobs you would apply to by hand. Where AutoApply.jobs falls short

1. The site is unreachable. As of 22 September 2026, four independent lookups failed to resolve the domain. Even if this is temporary, a subscription you cannot access is money spent on nothing.
2. Low volume for the money. $0.36 to $0.60 per application is roughly five to nine times what FastApply charges per application on its monthly plans, and Professional was capped at 250 a month.
3. Credits expired monthly. If your search slowed for a fortnight, you paid for applications that were never sent.
4. No user review step. The human experts reviewed the job; you did not review the application.
5. No published platform list. The archived pages never say whether the team could complete Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS or Taleo forms, or only Easy Apply listings on job boards.
6. Support was the weakest area in the one dated review, and it was the only route for extra credits or plan changes.
7. A conditional refund. The 7-day guarantee lapsed once you used more than 20% of your quota, which on Basic is 11 applications.

AutoApply.jobs versus the alternatives

Anyone searching for autoapply alternatives in September 2026 needs a tool that is actually online. The table compares the last known AutoApply.jobs plans with four working services. FastApply prices were checked on FastApply pricing on 22 September 2026, LoopCV and LazyApply on their pricing pages the same day, and AIApply from Jobity’s August 2026 checkout report, since AIApply only shows prices after signup.

Where AutoApply.jobs was better. Two things, and they are real. A person looked at each listing before your CV went to it, which none of the four working tools offers in the same form; LoopCV’s Done For You plan, with a weekly advisory call, is the closest. And its 7-day money-back guarantee, conditional as it was, beat AIApply’s rule that Auto-Apply is non-refundable once applications are submitted, and LazyApply’s annual, up-front billing with no trial.

Where FastApply is better. It runs. It publishes the platforms it fills, so you know before paying whether your target employers’ Workday or Greenhouse forms are covered. It costs about $0.07 per application on Starter and under $0.06 on Pro, against $0.36 to $0.60 on AutoApply.jobs. And Co-pilot mode gives you the review step AutoApply.jobs never had.

Who should use AutoApply.jobs, and who should not

Nobody should pay for it today. Until the domain resolves and you can log in, there is nothing to buy. If you already have an active subscription, check your card statement for the next renewal date and be ready to dispute a charge for a service you cannot access.

If it comes back, it could suit a low-volume applicant who wants a person choosing the listings, does not want to learn a tool, and is comfortable never seeing an application before it goes out. At $30 for 50 applications, that is a concierge service priced like software.

It was never the right pick for anyone applying to enterprise employers on Workday, Greenhouse or iCIMS, because the service never said whether it completed those forms; anyone sending more than 250 applications a month; anyone who wants to approve each submission; and anyone on a budget.

Keep a review step for anything that is a claim about you, and use automation for the mechanical work.

Conclusion

The honest summary of this AutoApply review is that the product cannot currently be reviewed the way we would like, because on 22 September 2026 nobody can reach it. The record shows a human-in-the-loop application service at $30 or $90 a month, monthly caps of 50 or 250 applications, credits that expired, no step where you approved what went out, and one dated 14-day test that reported random matches and poor support. If it returns, the human screening is a genuine point in its favour.
