Step 3: If You’re Outside the Window

If it’s been more than 7 days, or you’ve already used more than 10% of your quota, you’re outside Loopcv’s stated policy, and support may decline. You still have options:

Ask anyway, politely. Published policies are floors, not ceilings. If the tool underperformed for a documented reason (few applications actually submitted versus matches shown, a board flow that didn’t work), lay that out factually and ask whether they’ll make an exception.
