FlashFire Jobs Pricing 2026: Real Plans and Costs

FlashFire Jobs pricing is simple on the surface: three one-time packages at $199, $349 and $599, each with a fixed number of applications and no monthly renewal. The short answer for anyone comparing costs is that FlashFire works out to $0.50 to $0.80 per application, with human resume writing bundled in, while software auto-apply tools run at $0.05 to $0.10 per application and leave the judgment to you.

How this page was put together. Prices checked 2 October 2026. We read FlashFire’s pricing page and refund policy (last updated July 2025) that day, and the plan prices were unchanged from our first check on 22 September 2026. Every other vendor’s figure below was read the same day on that vendor’s own page, or is labelled as a dated third-party figure where the vendor does not publish a price. We did not buy a FlashFire package or any competitor’s plan, so nothing here describes applications submitted for us. We make FastApply, an auto-apply Chrome extension, so read the comparison sections with that in mind.

About the discount. The page advertises $299 reduced to $199, $449 reduced to $349 and $699 reduced to $599. Both sets of figures were identical on 22 September and 2 October 2026, and the page gives no end date. Treat $199, $349 and $599 as the real prices and the list prices as framing.

What the pricing page does not say. There is no setup fee, minimum term, free trial or free tier mentioned, and no statement of how many applications go out per week. “No time constraint, until your applications are completed” means your package never expires, and also that there is no delivery deadline.

Refunds: none. FlashFire’s refund policy states: “We do not offer refunds for our services.” In place of refunds it offers a “Value Guarantee” of “150-200+ job applications”, close to a restatement of what you already paid for.

What each FlashFire plan includes

FlashFire (flashfirejobs.com) is a done-for-you job search service: you pay once, hand over your resume and targets, and its team finds openings and submits applications up to the number in your package. That makes it a human-assisted service, closer to a reverse recruiter than to software; it sits in the “human agent” column of our guide to AI agents versus human agents versus applying yourself.

Is the bigger package the better deal? Moving from Ignite to Executive triples the bill and cuts the unit cost from $0.80 to $0.50, so Executive only wins if you will really use 1,200 applications. At 100 applications a month, that is a year of searching.

Who does the work. FlashFire’s page says “we find & apply to jobs for you” and that the team works “24/7”. It does not spell out whether each application is completed by a person, by software, or by a person supervising software, so ask before you pay. One inconsistency to raise on the demo call: the plan cards list “Emailing Recruiters” only under Executive, while a line under the cards says “All plans include applications and recruiter emails sent on your behalf.”

The dashboard. FlashFire’s home page says its team will “track every application” and the footer lists a “Dashboard & Analytics” product, but the pricing page shows no screenshot of what you see after paying. Ask to be shown the tracker during the demo.

What is not included. A cover letter per job (Executive reuses one letter for every application), live interview coaching (“interview prep material” reads as resources), a refund path, and a published list of the job boards or ATS portals FlashFire applies through.

The interview guarantee is worded two different ways. The pricing page says: “100% Risk Free. If you didn’t land interviews, we’ll send 150-200 more applications, free of charge.” The refund policy describes a narrower “Premium Plan Guarantee”, “exclusive to Premium Plan users”. No plan on the pricing page is called Premium. If the guarantee matters to you, get FlashFire to confirm in writing which version applies to your package. Both versions pay out in applications, not money.

Is FlashFire Jobs legit

Short version: FlashFire looks like a real, operating company, and the open question is results, not existence.

What checks out. Flashfire is run by Flashfire LLC, which lists 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801 in its site footer. It publishes its prices, a refund policy, terms and a founder’s note signed “Adit, Partner, Flashfire”. It has an active LinkedIn company page and Instagram account, both of which rank on Google for its brand name.

What does not check out, or cannot be checked.

• The same footer carries the line “Flashfire Pvt. Ltd.”, a company form used in India, and the site does not explain the relationship between the two names. An Indian operating team behind a US-registered LLC is common in this category (Scale.jobs lists a US office and two Indian offices in its own footer), but FlashFire does not say so plainly.
• The site claims “1000+” happy users and “60+ Offer letters received”. Those are FlashFire’s own numbers, and the offer letters shown on the page carry the note that they are samples, with originals kept private.
• We found no independent FlashFire Jobs reviews. The Trustpilot address for flashfirejobs.com returned Trustpilot’s page-not-found screen on 2 October 2026, as it did on 22 September.
• If you search for flashfire jobs reddit threads, there is little to find. On 2 October 2026 the Google results for that phrase held no Reddit thread about FlashFire itself, only general threads about auto-apply services.

The OPT and CPT question. The one piece of public discussion that ranks alongside FlashFire’s pricing is a Facebook post in a group for OPT and CPT students, titled “Is Flashfire Inc legit for job help?”. The poster asks whether Flashfire is legit and whether anyone knows of other genuine organisations that are “not only trying to finesse students”. Google lists the post as about nine months old with 5 comments; the replies sit behind a Facebook login, so we could not read them and will not guess at what they say.

That framing deserves a direct answer. A done-for-you application service is not the same thing as the “consultancies” students on OPT are usually warned about, and nothing on FlashFire’s site offers placement or a rewritten work history. What it sells is labour: applications submitted and a resume rewritten. The fair risks are narrower and still real:

1. You pay everything up front and cannot get it back. For someone on a student budget, $199 to $599 with a no-refund policy is the main risk, not fraud.
2. No published pace. “No time constraint” is a poor fit for an OPT unemployment clock. Ask how many applications go out each week and get the answer in writing.
3. You do not see the forms. Work authorisation and sponsorship questions appear on most US applications. Ask exactly how FlashFire answers them on your behalf, because a wrong answer there can sink an application or misstate your status.

So is FlashFire legit? As a company, on the public evidence, yes. As a way to get interviews, nobody independent has published results either way, and the same is true of most services in this table. How FlashFire pricing compares with other auto-apply tools

People who search for FlashFire’s prices tend to ask the same question about other vendors next: AIApply pricing, Scale jobs pricing, ApplyBlast pricing, Jobscan pricing. This table puts auto apply tool pricing for seven services in one place. Every figure was read on the vendor’s own page on 2 October 2026 unless the row says otherwise, and where a vendor does not publish a price we say so instead of estimating.

The same figures as plain sentences. FlashFire costs $199 for 250 applications, $349 for 500 or $599 for 1,200, each as a one-time payment, which is $0.80, $0.70 and $0.50 per application. The other vendors follow.

Scale jobs pricing

Scale.jobs pricing is also one-time, with “no subscription” stated on every plan card. On 2 October 2026 scale.jobs/pricing listed four packages:

Those are base prices. On Basic, Standard and Best Value the page prices extras separately, including “We Find Jobs” at +$99, +$149 and +$199 respectively; the Ultimate Bundle includes every extra. FlashFire includes job finding in every package, so the closer comparison is Scale.jobs Basic with job finding at (199 + 99) / 250 = $1.19 per application against FlashFire Ignite at $0.80, and Best Value with job finding at (399 + 199) / 1,000 = $0.60 against FlashFire Executive at $0.50.

Where Scale.jobs differs sharply is refunds. Its refund and cancellation policy offers pro-rata refunds if you cancel, less a one-time $100 fee, and gives a worked example: cancel the $399 plan after 100 of 1,000 applications and the refund is 399 minus (39.90 plus 100), which is $259.10. Resume review and LinkedIn makeover fees are not refundable. FlashFire offers no refund at all. Scale.jobs also says each application comes with a proof screenshot. These are the vendor’s statements, read on its site.

AIApply pricing

AIApply pricing is not public. On 2 October 2026 the vendor’s pages showed no dollar figures, and aiapply.co/pricing redirected to the home page. What the vendor does say: a free account lets you try core tools, auto-apply is not part of the free tier, and auto-apply runs on credits where “each credit is one job application”, sold “in packs (e.g., 100 or 250)”.

The dollar figures come from third parties, so treat them as dated reports, not vendor prices. Jobity, a competitor, reports checking AIApply’s checkout on 14 July 2026 and finding Auto-Apply at $49 a month for 100 applications and $99 a month for 250. On those figures the arithmetic is 49 / 100 = $0.49 and 99 / 250 = $0.40 per application. Scoutify, another competitor, describes a different structure in a page updated March 2026: $29 a month plus credit packs. The two reports do not agree, and the only way to see today’s price is inside the app. Our AIApply review goes into the product itself.

ApplyBlast pricing

ApplyBlast pricing is not published. On 2 October 2026 applyblast.com/pricing returned a 404 page, and the home page showed no price. What the public pages do establish: it is a subscription (the FAQ refers to “the subscription”), its terms say subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, that application credits “expire at the end of the billing cycle” with no rollover, and that there are no prorated refunds unless required by law. The home page FAQ also says that if you do not land an interview within 30 days “you get your money back”. With no price and no stated credit count, a cost per application cannot be calculated, so we have not estimated one.

Jobscan pricing

Jobscan is a resume scanner first, and that is what its plans price. On 2 October 2026 jobscan.co/pricing listed a free plan (“$0 forever”) with 5 resume scans a month, a monthly plan at $49.95, and a quarterly plan at $89.95 billed every 3 months ($29.98 a month) after a 7-day free trial. Paid plans list “20% off Auto Apply Credits”, which means auto-apply is bought separately on top, and the pricing page does not show what a credit costs. LoopCV and FastApply pricing

LoopCV charges in euros: a free plan with up to 10 applications or emails a month, Standard at €8.99 a month for up to 100 (8.99 / 100 = €0.09 each) and Premium at €29.99 for up to 300 (29.99 / 300 = €0.10 each), per loopcv.pro/pricing on 2 October 2026. FastApply’s pricing is regional; the US figures are Starter $14 a month for 200 applications (14 / 200 = $0.07), Pro $29 for 500 (29 / 500 = $0.058) and Elite $49 for 1,000 (49 / 1,000 = $0.049), with 5 free applications and no card.

What the comparison shows

FlashFire costs roughly 9 to 11 times more per application than FastApply. Ignite at $0.80 against Starter at $0.07 is about 11 times; Executive at $0.50 against Pro at $0.058 is about 9 times.

It is not like for like. FlashFire’s price includes a resume rewrite and job selection; Scale.jobs includes a human filling each form. Software includes none of that. And a software plan’s number is a monthly cap, not a count of submitted applications: in FastApply’s own logs for September 2026, of 58,328 applications that reached the form, 66.2% were submitted, so roughly one in three started applications did not go through.

The cheapest way to auto-apply in 2026

Put the smallest FlashFire package next to a free tier and the contrast is plain: the minimum spend with FlashFire is $199, paid before a single application goes out, with no refund. The minimum spend with a browser extension is nothing.

For paid volume, the lowest published unit costs on 2 October 2026 were FastApply Elite at $0.049, Pro at $0.058 and Starter at $0.07 per application (US pricing), then LoopCV Standard at about €0.09. On the money alone, $199 buys one FlashFire Ignite package of 250 applications, or 14 months of FastApply Starter (199 / 14 = 14.2), which is a cap of 2,800 applications.

FastApply’s free tier covers 5 applications, no credit card, through the Chrome extension with your own uploaded resume; Copilot mode fills the application and pauses so you can review it before it submits. The limits: Chrome only, the tab stays open, tailored resumes need Pro or Elite, and long forms such as Workday complete least often. Run the 5 free applications first. If the forms go through and the roles are right, $14 a month covers what you needed. If what you are missing is someone to choose the roles and rewrite the resume, that is when a one-time package from FlashFire or Scale.jobs starts to earn its price.

Verdict

FlashFire Jobs pricing is honest in one way: the numbers are on the page, there is no hidden subscription, and packages never expire. The catches are a list-price discount that has not moved, a no-refund policy, a guarantee worded differently on two pages, no free trial, no published platform coverage, and no independent reviews we could find. At $0.50 to $0.80 per application you pay roughly ten times the software rate, and that premium buys resume writing and job selection you may or may not need.

Across auto apply tool pricing on 2 October 2026, human services (FlashFire, Scale.jobs) charge $0.40 to $1.00 per application as a one-time package, AIApply sits near $0.40 to $0.49 on third-party figures, software with published caps (FastApply, LoopCV) lands under $0.10, and ApplyBlast publishes no price.

The one-time package suits someone who wants a person to run the search and can absorb a non-refundable $199 to $599; book the demo and get the guarantee terms in writing first. It does not suit someone on a tight budget who has not yet tested whether automation alone solves the problem.
