Which Job Sites Can You Auto Apply On? LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Workday and More (2026)

Short answer: An auto-apply tool works in two places. The first is job boards where the application form sits inside the board: LinkedIn Easy Apply, Indeed Apply, Naukri Apply, Dice, ZipRecruiter, Monster, SimplyHired, Wellfound, and Glassdoor when it does not redirect. The second is the employer application systems a board sends you to: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, BambooHR, Taleo, Recruitee, Breezy HR, JazzHR, Jobvite, Rippling, Personio and Zoho Recruit. Add the regional boards (Naukri, Seek, JobStreet, Reed, CV-Library, StepStone, XING, InfoJobs, Bayt) and that is FastApply’s supported list as of October 2026. Where a tool works and how often it finishes the form are different questions. In our September 2026 log, Dice applications completed 95.7% of the time and Workday 44.5%.

A large share of the questions that open a FastApply support chat are about a specific job site: “does it work on LinkedIn”, “does it work on Indeed”, and the same question for Naukri, Workday, Dice, Glassdoor, Seek and Xing. Every one of those gets a direct answer below, with the completion rate where we have enough data to give one.

Autofill, auto apply, and why the form’s location decides everything

Autofill completes a form you opened yourself and leaves the submit button to you. Auto apply finds the posting, opens the form, fills it and submits it. Both depend on the same thing: where the form lives.

When you click Apply on a job board, one of two things happens. Either a form opens inside the board (LinkedIn’s Easy Apply, Indeed Apply, Naukri’s Apply button, Dice’s one-click apply), or the board hands you to the employer’s own application system, usually with a label such as “Apply on company website”. A tool can only work on the first kind if it supports that board, and on the second kind if it supports that application system. A board being “supported” tells you about the first case. The application system behind the posting decides the second.

Flow diagram of what an auto-apply tool does when you click apply: if the form opens inside the board (Easy Apply, Indeed Apply, Naukri Apply, Dice) the tool fills and submits there and the board's daily caps apply; if the board sends you to the employer's site, the tool continues only when that application system is on the supported list (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and others) and otherwise skips the posting for you to apply by hand

This is why the list below has three groups, and why “does it work on Glassdoor” has a more complicated answer than “does it work on Dice”.

The full list, as of October 2026

This is the list published on FastApply’s AI apply for jobs page in October 2026. Other tools support different sets; check the vendor’s own page rather than a review, because the lists change.

Job boards (8): Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Dice, SimplyHired, Wellfound, Monster.

Company application systems, the ATS behind career pages (15): Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, BambooHR, Taleo, Recruitee, Breezy HR, JazzHR, Jobvite, Rippling, Personio, Zoho Recruit.

Regional boards (9): Naukri (India), Seek (Australia and New Zealand), JobStreet (Southeast Asia), Reed (UK), CV-Library (UK), StepStone (Germany), XING (Germany), InfoJobs (Spain), Bayt (Middle East).

Three-column list of the job sites FastApply auto-applies on as of October 2026: eight job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Dice, SimplyHired, Wellfound, Monster), fifteen company application systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, BambooHR, Taleo, Recruitee, Breezy HR, JazzHR, Jobvite, Rippling, Personio, Zoho Recruit) and nine regional boards (Naukri, Seek, JobStreet, Reed, CV-Library, StepStone, XING, InfoJobs, Bayt)

Not on the list, so apply by hand: Handshake, USAJobs and other government portals, Naukrigulf, Otta, and any employer running a custom or in-house application form. When a posting leads to one of those, FastApply skips it and leaves it in your list. Skipped postings are not failures; in September 2026, 39.4% of all attempts were skipped before a form was opened, mostly because the posting led somewhere unsupported or had no apply button.

Site by site: what happens when you click apply

Completion rate means the share of applications that reached a form and were submitted, out of submitted plus failed plus stalled, from FastApply’s application-attempt log for 1 to 30 September 2026. Platforms with fewer than 300 form attempts in the month are marked as such rather than given a rate.

Horizontal bar chart of FastApply auto-apply completion rates by platform in September 2026 for platforms with 300 or more form attempts: Dice 95.7%, Naukri 90.1%, Ashby 86.7%, Breezy HR 82.1%, BambooHR 78.6%, Workable 71.8%, Glassdoor 66.6%, Indeed 65.7%, Rippling 65.2%, JazzHR 63.6%, SimplyHired 61.8%, SmartRecruiters 61.7%, LinkedIn 61.4%, Greenhouse 59.9%, Lever 53.2%, Wellfound 49.1%, Zoho Recruit 47.6%, Workday 44.5%, Jobvite 40.7%

The pattern in the chart is simple: short in-board forms complete, long multi-page employer forms do not. A tool that claims to “work on Workday” is telling the truth, and it is still the platform where more than half of started applications stop. Our Workday guides explain why and what to do about it: beating the Workday ATS and seven Workday tactics. The full log, including skip and failure reasons, is in does auto-apply actually work.

The eight chat questions, answered

Does it work on LinkedIn? Yes, on postings with the Easy Apply button. Postings with a plain Apply button send you to the employer’s site, and the tool continues only if that site runs one of the supported application systems. LinkedIn caps Easy Apply submissions per day without publishing the number, pauses accounts that submit in bursts, and bars bots in its User Agreement. Our post on whether you can get banned for auto applying on LinkedIn quotes the rules; the comparison of FastApply and LinkedIn Easy Apply covers the coverage gap.

Does it work on Indeed? Yes, on Indeed Apply postings, which completed 65.7% of the time in September. “Apply on company site” postings go to the employer’s system. Indeed’s terms, updated 29 September 2026, say automating Indeed Apply outside Indeed’s official tooling is prohibited, so keep volume reasonable and review what goes out. More in FastApply vs Indeed.

Can I apply on Naukri? Yes, and Naukri had the second-highest completion rate in our log at 90.1% from 4,370 form attempts. Naukri itself limits you to 50 applications a day, and after the Apply click it usually asks screening questions about notice period, current CTC and location, which the tool answers from your profile. Our Naukri auto apply guide covers the setup for Indian job seekers.

Does it work on Workday? Yes, and it is the hardest platform in the list. Workday needs an account per employer, sends verification emails, and runs the application across several pages. 44.5% of started Workday applications were submitted in September (n = 5,681). Use Copilot mode on Workday so you can finish the ones that stall.

Dice? Yes, and it is the easiest: 95.7% completion from 1,081 form attempts. If you are in US tech, Dice is where volume costs the least effort.

Glassdoor? Yes, with a caveat. Glassdoor shares listings with Indeed, and many postings route to Indeed or straight to the employer. The tool continues where the destination is supported and skips where it is not. 66.6% completion in September.

Seek? Yes. Seek (Australia and New Zealand) is on the supported list as a regional board. It had too few form attempts in September for us to publish a rate yet.

Xing? Yes. XING is supported for Germany alongside StepStone. Both are newer additions, and both had too few attempts in September for a published rate.

What “supported” does not promise

A supported board does not mean every posting on it. Redirects to unsupported systems, duplicates of jobs you already applied to, and postings that closed between search and apply all get skipped. In September those three reasons accounted for most of the 69,636 attempts that never reached a form.

A completed form does not mean an interview. Our log records whether the submit button was pressed, not what the employer did next. For reply benchmarks, see how many applications it takes to get an interview.

And a supported board does not change the board’s rules. LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri all restrict automated use in different ways. Keep volume inside what each board tolerates, keep the first ten applications in review mode, and remember that company career pages, which make up most of the application-system group above, never touch your LinkedIn or Indeed account at all. For a comparison of the extensions that do this work, see our best Chrome extensions for job search automation. If you need to swap the resume the tool is sending, our guide to uploading or replacing your resume on LinkedIn, Indeed and Naukri covers all three.

FAQ

  • Can you auto apply on LinkedIn? Yes, on postings that use Easy Apply, which keeps the form inside LinkedIn. Postings with a plain Apply button go to the employer’s site, where the tool continues only on a supported application system. LinkedIn limits Easy Apply submissions per day without publishing the number and its User Agreement prohibits bots, so keep volume modest and review what goes out.

  • Can you auto apply on Indeed? Yes, on Indeed Apply postings. In FastApply’s September 2026 log, 65.7% of started Indeed applications were submitted (4,073 form attempts). Indeed’s terms, updated 29 September 2026, prohibit automating Indeed Apply outside Indeed’s own tooling, so use a review mode and reasonable volume.

  • Can you auto apply on Naukri? Yes. Naukri is supported as a regional board and had a 90.1% completion rate in September 2026 from 4,370 form attempts, the second highest of any platform. Naukri caps applications at 50 a day and asks screening questions after the Apply click, which the tool answers from your profile.

  • Does auto apply work on Workday? Yes, but Workday is the hardest system in the list. It needs an account per employer, verification emails and several form pages. 44.5% of started Workday applications were submitted in September 2026 (5,681 form attempts). Use a review mode so you can finish the ones that stall.

  • Which job sites are not supported? Handshake, USAJobs and other government portals, Naukrigulf, Otta, and employers with custom in-house application forms. When a posting leads to one of these, FastApply skips it and leaves it in your list for you to apply by hand. Other tools support different sets, so check the vendor’s own list.

  • Is auto applying allowed on these sites? Each site sets its own rules. LinkedIn’s User Agreement bars bots and its help pages describe temporary restrictions for automated activity. Indeed’s terms prohibit automating Indeed Apply outside its own tooling. Naukri caps applications at 50 a day. Company career pages run on Workday, Greenhouse and similar systems do not involve your job board account at all.

Conclusion

Auto apply works where the form is: inside eight job boards, on fifteen employer application systems, and on nine regional boards, as of October 2026. The question to ask about any tool is not only “is my board on the list” but “what happens when the board sends me to the employer’s site”, because that is where most career-page applications go and where completion rates drop from the nineties into the forties. Pick the boards that carry your roles, expect Workday to need a hand, and let the tool skip what it cannot finish rather than guessing.
